P3’s Operators Core Areas of Operations

P3 believes the key to success in the Oil and Natural Gas Exploration industry is to use operating economies of scale in a limited operating areas that share many similar geological and operational characteristics.

East Texas

The East Texas region represents the core area for P3 with producing wells in the Petit, Travis Peak and Cotton Valley Formations in Rusk, Panola, and Smith Counties. The Cotton Valley formation is predominately natural gas with 8% to 10% porosity.

The characteristics of these formations are:
• Predominately natural gas
• High probability of success
• Significant development potential and repeatability
• Additional upside in the Pettit, Travis Peak, and Haynesville / Bossier Shales

Western Oklahoma

The Western Oklahoma region is the third core area for P3. We have leases and producing wells in the Granite Wash and Missourian Formations in Beaver, Beckham and Dewey Counties.
The characteristics of these formations are:
• Predominately natural gas
• Multi-Pay possibilities
• High probability of success
• Significant development potential and repeatability
• Additional upside in the upper, unexploited zones such as the Virgil

P3’s Energy Services Core Areas of Operations

P3 provides energy services in Northeast Texas and North Louisiana and continues to explore other areas to expand its service footprint.

Northeast Texas

Northeast Texas is divided into 2 different districts, District 5, District 6 and District 6E, according to the Railroad Commission of Texas, RRC. These three districts encompass P3’s core areas of operations.

Southeast Texas

Southeast Texas is a new area for P3’s well servicing. This area of Texas is divided into one main district, District 3. P3 has provided well servicing needs in the Madisonville and Beaumont areas of District 3. P3 is actively pursuing well servicing projects in this district.

North Louisiana

The proximity of Northern Louisiana to P3’s field office and yard, offers a prime service area for P3’s well serving. P3 continues to look for additional opportunities in this area of Louisiana.
