Our History

Princess Three Operating was founded in 1983 by Sid & Donna Scarborough. Throughout the 80s and 90s, Princess Three remained an operator of oil and gas properties in East Texas and Oklahoma.

Princess Three acquired a service rig in 2001, with the intent to service Princess Three wells only. Over time the business model changed to providing workover services and plugging and abandonment services for other oil and gas operators. Over the next 19 years we plugged over 500 wells and assisted with workover services on over 1,000 wells in the East Texas and Northern Louisiana area.

In 2020, Kevin & Christina Baugh, the daughter of Sid & Donna Scarborough, purchased Princess Three and navigated it through the worst year the oilfield industries has faced to date. Christina & Kevin expanded Princess Three's services to include trucking service in 2021, with the purchase of a trucking facility and fleet in Talco, Texas.

Kevin & Christina Baugh look forward to the future and continuing the mission of Princess Three.
